Photoshop turns 20 this 10th. Here’s a little poster I mashed up to celebrate the occasion.

It definitely should be banned. And while we’re at it let’s finish off Papyrus too!

94% accuracy sounds remarkable for a prediction that does not include any factors related to athletes!

My frequency of updating this blog is dropping sharply. As of today it’s well over two months since the last post. Now I’m no expert on social media, but I’m sure this is not a good sign. So as a drastic measure to keep this blog alive I’ve decided I’ll update this at least once a week. Even if it’s with random notes like this one!
Now on to more interesting things. I’ve just finished re-reading ‘Elements of Typographic Style‘. It’s truly an amazing book. More so because it lays down a framework for almost any kind of typographic work. The breadth of study that the book covers is remarkable. Next on the wish list are ‘Making & Breaking the Grid‘ by Timothy Samara and the Helvetica book by Lars Müller.

Finally got my copy of ‘Elements of Typographic Style’. It’s been a long time coming. I really must write sometime about my hunt across Bombay & Delhi to find a copy of this book. Finally I had to order from Amazon and then they took like forever to deliver it. Anyway now that I have it, it’s time to relish what has rightly been called the Typographer’s Bible. More updates later.
